As a public service, NewsCenter 16 offers a school/organization closing system for school officials, daycare providers, government officials and large employers to close/delay scheduled events. To be included in our database, you must meet one of the following guidelines:

• Public or Private School
• Licensed Daycare Provider
• Government Services (such as libraries, publicly-funded organizations or government agencies)
• Large, local employers (over 100 employees or largest employer in your county)
• Local churches or worship groups
• Community Event Providers with events drawing more than 50 participants

We will make every reasonable effort to process your sign up request within three business days.
